Quality Assurance Plan

In accordance with N.A.T.O. AQAP-110, AQAP-150 Regulations and ISO 9001 rules, S.I.T.T.I. and its departments are working under the strict inspection of its Quality Control Division. All equipment is subject to a fully documented inspection. Programs are continuously inspected beginning from component right up to system level.

All Quality Control Test Reports prepared are available to the Customer.


Project Management Plan

After sales services:

Each system pertaining to S.I.T.T.I. must conform to the company's relevant Project Management Plan. The Project Management Plan describes the contractor's mode of managing, planning and organizing the project. It is based on:

· Hardware Production
· Software Integration
· Interface Configuration
· Integration and Testing
· Configuration Management
· Documentation and follow up Training


The Project moves along the following Check Points:

· Project Design Reviewing
· Quality Control Inspection
· Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
· Site Acceptance Test (SAT) along with progress reports



· 10 years of spare parts
      availability

· Training (for technicians and
      operators)

· On site twenty four hour
      maintenance service

· On call maintenance service all over
      the world

· Upgrade on systems already
      supplied

· Co-operation with Customer’s site
      companies
